With a background in dance, exercise science, and rehabilitation exercise programming, I help women reduce aches, reconnect with their bodies, and gain confidence through customized, highly intentional programming and coaching.
I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your body. I've struggled with body image, all-or-nothing cycles, pain, and keeping myself small. I wanted change, but didn't know how to follow through or understand my true desires.
I'll work to provide you the structure, clarity, encouragement, and support to help you stop shrinking, start showing up, and feel empowered in your body.
